Return policy
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please write to us at luxyshoping@gmsil.com indicating your order number and reason.
- In some cases we may request photos of the product.
Return costs:
- If the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we will cover the costs.
- If you return the item due to a personal decision, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
